Pros: Really helps us know where we are at with our customers without a hard credit pull, so we know how to work them on the lot.
Pros: Talking head converts higher. Customers are comfortable being walked through the application process step-by-step.
Cons: Every time we log in, we need to get a confirmation code. We have to sign out of Reynolds and go to our email to get the code, sign back in and log in. Everyone hates it across our 6 dealerships. I know its for security but we wish Creditminer would get rid of this.

Cons: Information through credit brackets is lacking. Cannot see information on below 550 credit scores or lower.
