Pros: The old iMagic lab CRM was just fine, this one is tough to use.

Cons: There is no skate protection and no way to make an action plan. It lacks a lot of basic features and functions that are on basically every CRM. Not worth it!

Pros: I really like this CRM, it works great! It is easy to learn and get into.

Cons: On occasion the program can be a bit slow and customer service is not as goo as it could be.

Pros: I have been using these guys for quite a while, the software was a bit outdated but still worked well.

Cons: Once product was updated, it did not work nearly as well. Lots of bugs. Product support has also been difficult.

Pros: They are very helpful. When we call them, they are quick to answer and help us resolve problems. Their product's services meets our needs.

Cons: If I have a lead that I don't know the answer to, I can’t cycle through it. I have to answer it which takes time.
