My go-to person is Gino, his level of customer service reminds me of the service you receive at a high-end hotel. Always, responds quickly, takes notes, and follows up. A designated team that is available for training, guidance, and customization. A package that includes all the features and functionality a CRM should include without having to pay extra for them. They will take into consideration feedback and feature from their clients in order to make the CRM better
Cons: Sometimes all those enhancements and improvements are rolled out too quickly and it causes temporary glitches. They usually are already repairing it when I chat in about it.
Pros: AI, call transcription, send video through the system complete with video reporting, ability to see inbound communication the is unresponded too for both SP and Managers, ability to send a text and email at the same time, quick to take feedback and implement updates, stable, ability to measure conversations with customers not just calls made,
Cons: Their philosophy and how the track and measure opportunity is based on activities, both inbound and outbound, which is completely different than the traditional way we have always measured traffic and success so it takes some getting used to and ability to change the way you think.

Pros: Excellent staff that is always eager to help, Gino, Alex, and Derrick are always on hand to provide a solution. The instant chat support also does a great job.
Cons: The CRM can be a little slow to load, but its a minor irritation, still a great product.

Cons: Some of the mechanics of certain features are "not ready for prime-time" but the staff has been good at working on any reported issues and following through with improvements.

Cons: Sometimes setting up automated repeat processes can be cumbersome and requires getting support to help ensure everything is firing correctly.

Plus, integrations for customer communication is sleek, easy to use and completely trackable. Want to know what your salespeople did all day? Want to target a specific group of customers with a hyper targeted message that only applies to them? Want to customize your workflow, workday and your team? All of this is easily done with custom modules and tools that provide a greater insight into customer behavior and more sales.
Cons: Although it may seem different than a familiar CRM, once configured to meet your needs it can outperform its competition. It will take 3 to 6 months to become comfortable and more familiar than anything you may be using; but once in place, it will be able to do things you probably never imagined and increase productivity and sales.
Pros: Tracking and reports are good, lead management is good, handles inventory very well. The guys seem to like using it because it's simple, not complicated.
