The car business is in my blood. I spent a dozen years in the retail side. I started by selling cars, then transitioned into an Internet Sales Manager role. In the ISM role, I created a BDC from scratch for a large store that did not have a solid process. From there I was promoted to New Car Manager in less than 2 years. I spent many years as the NCM & Director of E-Commerce for a large store in the Midwest. I finished the retail side of my career as a GSM in August of 2018.
