Realizing Video Value is Time Value
Everyone knows one of the most valuable things is life is time. It is something you never get back and is lost every second of every minute of every day. In today’s fast paced world, if we see anything that appears to consume too much of our time, we will skip it and move on. Not to mention, our attention spans are not quite what they used to be.
When you want to get your point, your business, your services across to your customers, you need more than just verbiage. People are expecting the visual aid. They want to see what you are providing…what they should expect…what will happen…and why they should buy from you. Video can provide all of that as well as inspire them to take action when done properly.
In the time it has taken you to read to this point of my blog, you could have a video explaining your service department or why buy new or why buy used or why finance or how to turn in a lease car or your dealership overview. With these videos, you can have different edits. You can use them for your website, your social media, your waiting lounge and TV commercials. A video should be multi purposed.
Investing in video is not just an investment in marketing, it is an investment in time. It will take less time to capture your customer’s attention, address their needs and provoke action, which will allow you more time to spend on your fixed ops or your recent increase in sales. Video value is truly time value.
