I have been an Internet sales consultant to car dealers since the late 90's. I set up departments, evaluate and train staff, develop dealer specific sales processes, and monitor the almost monthly changing shopper behavior patterns. I just finished a book that will help sales staff seeking personal improvement and sales management for training staff. Each chapter provides the content for an effective sales meeting.
