Pros: The entire team at Dealer eProcess goes above and beyond especially my go to person Kayla Aboutabl who handles all the digital spend for our two stores and group site. I call her for everything, even if it is not in her area of expertise she will find out the answer for me. I get responses in minutes not hours and changes made in hours not days…that is tough to find. It is great to know that people like her actually care about your money as much as you do and goes the extra mile to make sure the budget for each account is being spent correctly.
