Her continued follow up with me after the problem has been solved not only shows her dedication to her job but also to our dealership . Pros: I have worked with multiple SEM providers and the level of communication I have received with Dealer eProcess, specifically with our rep Scott Albanese has been excellent. Getting our Google ads up as quickly as possible at the start of the month is a priority and Scott and his team are always able to get it done within a timely manner. Not only is the communication great but Scott actually takes the time to monitor our performance throughout the month and provides his recommendations on how to improve our campaigns and targeting. I also like the level of transparency we have with Dealer eProcess - we get access to our Google Adwords account to view our performance directly rather than having to go directly through the vendor all the time. This level of service is something that I haven't received from any other SEM vendor.

Scott our rep is a nice guy and is part of a team that helps me. Great rep. We also have a few other vendors working with us on the marketing side and Dealer eProcess has worked so well with them.

Pros: Scott Albanese gives concise reasoning about why they do what they do. How to maximize marketing dollars, justification of where to spend funds and ability to explain it all to a car guy.

Pros: Dealer E Process is great company to work with. Scott Albanese has been extremely helpful in getting our two dealerships to rate first or second in Google search results for over a year and a half now. He helps us with monthly meetings to help us refine our targeting and review analytics. He is always helpful and available when we have other issues we need help with in the internet world as well. The entire team at Dealer E Process is really dedicated to helping us have a better online presence.

Pros: Scott has been exactly what a Dealer looks for when it comes to an SEM provider. He is very proactive and not just responsive. Unfortunately, we have been forced to change SEM providers over the years for lack of support and results. Since joining DEP, Scott and his team have consistently delivered the results and the level of service we all look for.

Pros: The google ad services at DEP are very good, but Scott Albanese is great. He is a very detail oriented guy. He gives great periodic reviews to make sure you understand how your campaigns are running and makes awesome suggestions on how to maximize ad spend. We have used him for a while and I would recommend him to anyone. If you are going to use DEP for ad words, ask for Scott. You won't be disappointed.
