Pros: We have been with DEP for several months. The overall team has been efficient and hard-working to give us exactly what we were looking for. Specifically, Ryan has gone the extra mile to take our SEM to a higher level with less money. He has made intricate suggestions to tweak our Ad Words listings for best performance and we are seeing the results. Our online advertising approach requires constant monitoring and Ryan is always able to tailor our impressions according to our current inventory and featured vehicles. His communication and professionalism make for a great relationship with our dealership.

Pros: I have been with Dealer E Process for some time now and I think they are one of the best digital marketing platforms around. Eric Moller is amazing and very professional. He spends a lot of time to optimize our marketing strategy and comes up with creative and brilliant ideas.
Pros: This review is for Scott Albanese, the head of our Google Ads and SEM efforts at DEP. We were very pleased with the results we attained while he oversaw our account. I would recommend his services to anyone looking to optimize their SEM. We partnered with another 3rd party and part of the package was SEM. We only switched our SEM efforts away from CAROi and Scott because this other platform integrates all of our efforts. Otherwise, we would absolutely still have Scott overseeing our SEM efforts. I can't speak highly enough about him. He was always quick to respond (sometimes this can be a real problem with 3rd party vendors) and he is obviously very knowledgable about his products. If you are looking for someone to take over your SEM efforts at DEP/CAROi, ask for Scott Albanese. You will not be disappointed.

It amazes me each month when I see the huge difference just from switching vendors and kicking myself that we didn't switch sooner. Scott Albanese is my go-to guy with the company. He is very fast at making changes and offering helpful suggestions to help us get the most out of this partnership. We are very happy with our results so far and look forward to continued success with DEP.
Cons: The only thing that I don't like is that we cannot pull the heat maps ourselves. Your rep has to pull that for you. Scott always gets it to me very quickly, but it would be nice to be able to pull that myself.
