Pros: We love working with Tanya! She is excellent at accommodating our needs and working with us on "special" projects. We can be a very demanding group and Tanya does an excellent job making us feel like a priority. My entire team utilizes Tanya and we are so glad she is our website manager, thanks for being a great part of our team Tanya!

Pros: Kristin Greco is our account rep and she is the best person I work with, hands down, by far. As head of marketing for two dealerships, I constantly talk to different account managers and she takes the cake. She is always on top of everything. I never have to remind her to do something, in fact, she is the one usually following up with me. There are always shiny new platforms and services coming out and we have considered switching before. However, leaving DEP would mean losing Kristin Greco and I am going to personally fight to prevent that for as long as I draw breath. She just makes my life easier. DEP is a great website as well, but a great product is nothing without the right people behind it. Kristin is that person. If you sign up with DEP, insist on working with Kristin. You won't be disappointed!

If you sign on with DEP, I would insist on working with Kristin. She is amazing.

Pros: Fantastic service from Paige A. on all things regarding the DEP webpage! She's fast, helpful and extremely resourceful. If she doesn't know the answer she will come by it honestly and find the information you need or reach out to one of her team members! Also, a special shout out to Mike S. in Inventory Support for taking the time to explain the back end of the website during our tutorial.
Pros: I Have known Steve Davern for a long time. Great guy. Always prompt and helpful with all questions and concerns. Never says no to anything. A true team player. His support staff Jill Noonan and Courtney Delegan are the best. Informative, prompt and courteous every time. It is pleasure to be business with Steve, Courtney and Jill.
Pros: Before being recommended to us, we had never heard of Dealer eProcess. After switching vendors multiple times in the past few years, we realized that the most important thing to us was service and support. Of course, the fact that the website looks amazing, is definitely an added bonus; but our Account Executive, Paige Allegretti, has been with us every step of the way from making introductions, to setting up training. We had asked Dealer eProcess for support and guidance, and they definitely delivered! I have been introduced to more people at Dealer eProcess, than I had ever been introduced to, with other companies combined. While everyone has been excellent to deal with, our Account Manager, Paige Allegretti truly stands out from the crowd; between answering all my emails, opening tickets, and ensuring that they are followed up on, I cannot imagine a better team to work with.
Pros: I count on Daniela's insights to help keep our websites current and effective. We have worked together to make edits to our websites that have increased customer use which is our priority at the Price Automotive Group. We want our customers to be able to access what they want as efficiently as possible. Daniela shows a lot of concern for our objectives and has done everything we could ask to reach our goals.
Pros: Andrea Veltri and her team did a great job presenting their websites and accommodating our special needs as a Ferrari dealer. We look forward to working with them.
Pros: Andrea had reached out about a year ago and we just weren't in the market at the time. She had checked back in periodically and never put any pressure on me. We set up a time to look at the program and was very pleased. After a few calls to some other dealers for referrals we decided to make the switch. Andrea has been very accommodating and professional to deal with. I would highly recommend.
Pros: We have been working with our Account Rep Andrea Veltri for quite some time here. She is always responsive to our needs and our tight tome lines. the team at DEP, as a whole is always very responsive to our ongoing needs. We have used others products as dictated by the OEM's, and am always glad to get an opportunity to work with Andrea and her team.
Cons: If you have multiple dealerships in the same area running their website, duplicate content issues come up with SEO. This is the same with any vendor. DEP's platform makes it easy enough to overcome.
