Pros: We have been with DEP for months now and what can I say. Leads are always increasing every month when we go over the site every month. There backend tool is easy to navigate. It’s easy to get a hold of Customer Support no waiting time, and if we need something done after business hours or during business hours. We can call, email, or text our Rep Carlos! We are looking forward in upgrading our platform to RESS 3.0!

Cons: None at this time.

Pros: Pros: Camy, has been our Account Executive since we made the switch from Dealer.com to Dealer eProcess, and she has been wonderful. She is always exceptionally helpful, and timely with correcting any issues we may have, and making any edits that we request. She is the reason for my 5 star rating!

Pros: We are very happy with the results we've seen since making the switch from Dealer.com. Customer service has been outstanding and extremely responsive - they actually treat us like a client. Jessica Raczak, our Account Executive, is the BESST!! She follows up with myself and any other vendors we are utilizing when problems arise. Always cordial, I never feel like I'm a burden for making requests.

Cons: The ONLY con I can think of would be transition process and attention to detail. It took a while to have everything right and getting our inventory to show correctly but all of that is not unique to this vendor.
