Pros: We have used DEP for years and recently updated our website. We really like the look and response we get with their products. Our rep Kristin Greco is a great plus in helping us handle any issues in a timely and friendly manner.
Pros: I have been working with Vivian Georgis and David Sawyer from DEP for almost a year now. In that time they have proven to us what they promised at signing. Our main concern was the lack of support we were experiencing from our previous provider. However Vivan, our Account Manager has quickly put those fears to rest. She is proactively reaching out when she has suggestions for our sites and whenever we need her she or someone from the DEP team is always available. We are experiencing a whole new level of support and which makes our day to day operations that much smoother.
Cons: The only con I have at the moment is their use of website packages over a la carte items. They do offer some a la carte add on's but their structure primarily requires a dealer to purchase certain packages.

Cons: I had no problems at all... a website switch over during the busy season can be scary to many dealers. Steve @ Dealer eProcess worked not only with us but our SEO/Paid Search team to handle the switch over seemlessly!!
Pros: We have had great support on our two new websites ,website them selves are great up to-date with programing,design,technology.Simple navigation on the back end allows for great display on the front along with great guidance from our sales rep Joelle Suda who has helped with all the challenges working on new website ,Joelle has shown great product knowledge and customer support thanks Joelle
