Pros: We switched website providers because we were unable to get the support that we felt we deserved for the amount we paid. That has not been the case since day 1 with Dealer eProcess. The rep who first sold us the product has been there every step of the way, extremely accessible and always eager to help. The support team has so far been very responsive and the Dashboard tool gives me more information then I've had with any previous provider. It's not just about the excellent service but also the products which do an excellent job of converting website traffic into leads and potential clients.
Cons: The products/services are not cheap and some of their package options don't always allow for the best fit for dealers.
Pros: Vivian took over as our Dealership Account Rep a few months ago. Since then, all of the updates, questions and concerns have been answered quickly and effectively. It typically does not take more than an hour to get the response I need. Especially during COVID-19, when I am making A LOT of changes to the website, she has been efficient and helpful. Pros: Joelle Suda is fantastic. She always responds quickly and resolves any issues or changes needed promptly. Our experience with Dealer eProcess has been great. They offer some great functions within the website that we were unable to have through other providers.

Pros: Joelle does an amazing job and very prompt on getting all my website change request completed. She is also very good at sharing some best practices that she is seeing across the country on automotive websites. Her attention to detail is spectacular and DEP is lucky to have her on their team.
