Pros: I have been working with DEP for almost two years now. I am very happy with the product, but the best part is our account rep. Kristin Greco is amazing. Of course every dealership is always trying to improve and looking at new products, but I have been adamant with our management about staying with DEP because of Kristin Greco. She is awesome and by far the best, most responsive account rep I work with. I never have to remind her about things. If I ask her to do something for our site, it is done same day. I can't say enough good things about her. I just dread the day she is promoted and I have to work with someone else. Trust me. If you are signing on with DEP, ask for Kristin. You will be happy you did!
Cons: The website as a whole could use some upgrades in certain areas, but I have zero complaints about Kristin Greco. Literally none, which is what this review is about. She is the best!
Pros: They build a quality site, and as a google partner, it loads faster than the other sites and has higher SEO rankings. Jason Parker was fantastic initially getting us set up, he gave me a REALdemo of the sites. A first hand look into the back end tool and everything. No fancy slide show, just facts and a user friendly interface. Ryan Hayden has been great with setting up my internet advertising across all platforms, and my account executive, Jill Noonan has been on top of everything. If I have an idea to expand our site, she has it done ASAP. Highly recommended

Pros: This product is only as good as the support that you get. Many days you can get pulled in many directions at the dealership and with Joelle's help she ensures everything is completed as soon as possible. Quick Responses, Very Helpful and expert in her field.

Pros: For two years, their follow-up impressed me. Then I saw the product and all the value-add and potential conversions that we could get for less. I made the switch and excited to see how it performs. Andrea and her team made it hard to say no. Her professionalism made me wish I could hire her to add to our team!

Pros: The team at DEP is very responsive and always looking to assist. I work with Ben Field and Heidi Kaspers routinely and getting in contact is never an issue. We all know our industry is rapidly changing, if we cannot communicate with our providers, we cannot keep up with the times. For these reasons I highly recommend their services. The tools they provide are up to date, and evolving, and more importantly can be implemented because communication is clear.
