Pros: The innovate products and support are what keeps me ahead of my competition. We are always trying to tweak what works best. Bianca Baker is my rep and her communication and reachability are a prime reason I can rely on getting the job done. I enjoy having a person that feels like an extension of MY team and has her finger on the pulse of our strategy.

Cons: None that really come to mine.

Pros: Great quality websites, Toyota approved vendor which includes a lot of perks. Our dealership is evaluated quarterly by Toyota and we are always highly ranked for our website. I looked at every dealership that outranked us last review, there weren't many, and the majority of them are with DEP. Good speed, both on desktop and mobile. Easy

Cons: Not a big fan of their coupon widget, but it does the job.

Pros: We've been with DEP for years and have been really happy with their design and support. I've dealt with a few Account Executives since we started and they've all been great. Mike Peters is my current rep. Mike is always quick to respond to any inquiries or changes that I need help with. Instead of just being a message taker, he is involved in my conversations and offers insight and opinion that helps our website get better. Kudos to Dealer eProcess for their ability to train and retain excellent staff. I've been pleased with anyone I've dealt with at Dealer eProcess.

Cons:

The best part of having Dealer eProcess is the support we have from Katie Rio !!

Pros: Look, we could use any service to handle our website needs, but we stick with Dealer E because of Katie.

Cons: Gummy Worms, send me gummy worms. I literally run on sugar and corn syrup.

Pros: Real time assistance with any issues you may run into. Katie Rio has been my account manager for over a year and there hasn't been any task to big for her to be able to get done for us at Fredy Kia. She is a great asset to her company and to us.

Cons: Not open on the weekends.

Probably the best service of any website company - Juliet Schoonover is the reason we stay

Pros: I enjoy working with my Bianca Baker. She is attentive, personable and proactive. Whether it's something big or small, she's definitely engaged and willing to help, always. I really appreciate her and highly commend her for her hard work! Also a big shout out to Monica Mueller. She's a fantastic part of the SEM team as well. She's funny and makes the tough task of staying on top of all of the analytics a breezy task. Thank you both for an amazing job. I'm very grateful your support! Go team!

Cons: Product: I think the DEP's website has a lot of strengths but there are still some updates the platform could benefit from. I believe if they continue to grow in these areas and streamline some of the more outdated functions, they're going to become a leader in the auto industry providing a pretty well rounded platform.
