Pros: They hand everything off to our BDC. We get a majority of hits off of a texting tool- its more mobile friendly than chat.
Pros: We went from using Contact at Once to Conversations by D.I and I very glad we made the switch. We will eventually be able to completely utilize the tool, as it has many features.
Pros: I really like using this to communicate, it is user friendly and easy to use.
Pros: This is a decent tool, it doesn't hurt anything. However, I do use other chat platforms more.
