Pros: They were able to set it up in 2 days
Cons: There are way better digital retailing tools out there with better functionality for the same price. First, a customer needs to submit a TON of info in order to see payments. I'm not just talking Name, Phone #, email. They also have to input how many miles they drive per year, their credit score, their trade in etc. Other tools you can input that info as you get to that step in the tool. Then once in, the customers are sent "offers" from banks, except they aren't actual "offers" because their info isnt sent in for an approval at that point. We had a customer who rated their own credit as 580 get sent an "offer" from Ally for 5% for 72 months. When we actually sent it into Ally, we got 10%. When the leads come into the CRM, we don't have the ability to see what payments the customer was quoted. They figure out lease payments using the retail price/incentives, not leasing incentives. Just a lot of fires to put out with customers from this tool and who has time for that?
Pros: It's been pretty good for us, brings leads and sales. Worth having.
Cons:
Pros: The customer can start the process and have all the tools to compare payments, vehicles and financing. Very smooth process.

Pros: This is super valuable, I have been getting GREAT results.

Cons: One problem is that when people are idle the paperwork will come through to us even when the information is not filled out.
Pros: This tool is great and the price is very appropriate.

Pros: I like that this product cuts to the chase for the customer. It was made to make it so that the customer doesn't have to deal with talking to people. It makes it easy for them.
Cons: Can be somewhat cumbersome for client.
Pros: This is where we get a large sum of our leads, we definitely see the value in this product.

Pros: Even if customers are not trying to by a car right that moment, it helps open the door for conversations, and brings people into the store.
Cons:
Pros: We find many new customers and get great information.
Cons: We had some integration problems but now it is working well.
