As evidenced by the actions of Edmunds.com, AutoTrader.com, Cars.com and the other major automotive listing sites, adding live chat to dealership web pages is a proven way to increase interaction with online prospects by at least 25%. I'm sure others have additional suggestions they would add to this list.
