Pros: This is very good for multiple sales possibilities, from service to sales, it offers some excellent opportunities.
Cons: Results were inflated, not product-based results. Did not drive business to us so we changed vendors.
Pros: Thorough scrutiny of DMS data, offers multiple forms of client/prospect contact to provide the best possible coverage of each manifest (equity position, service lane opportunity, etc.). Extremely quick and helpful and support, both from account reps and technical teams.
Cons: Conducts BDC follow-up that a well trained, process-oriented sales team or BDC should be able to do, with even the most rudimentary of DMS sources. Consider (or attempt) pursuing such campaigns in-house, but if it proves too cumbersome, or the team lacks the phone/email skills to do it properly...
