Pros: Pencil tool is good.

Cons: This software is half baked. Frequent server issues, items not getting saved and losing data, manager tracking very difficult and reporting very limited. Our setup was half baked as well. We ended up bringing in a consultant for internet training and he spent 75% of his time correcting the schedules. IL license scanning only gets customer name. Free apps on Apple and Android are capable of OCR reading and taking photo of the license and grabbing the name and address.

Pros: It works well with your dealer.com website. Pushes to DealerTrack.

Cons: Very limited. No calendar for the salesperson to speak of. Reports are limited. Too many hoops to jump through to mark a vehicle sold. Emails get lost and sometimes don't even get to the customer.

Pros: Pencil tool / form printing

Cons: Very hard to manage your top deals working. You can not get a full picture of entire dealership "HOT" deals working. Even individual salesperson best deals are difficult to pick out of their open deals. Server issues are not uncommon...when this is your only pencil and data tool that can be real bad on a busy day. I have had 4-5 one on one conversations with the Industry experts that have developed this and can not show me a good way to use this crm. I don't think they ever got back to me on how they could fix these issues ...but they promise they are working on it, that's what they said when we signed up and still 10 months in no resolution. If you just want a to store you customer information I guess it works but we want to use it for Managing working deals and managing sales staff ...not good at all would not do it if I had to do it over again. I say spend the extra money and get a system that incorporates service. The mining tool is all but ineffective also. I can not believe anyone with any automobile sales or sales management experience put this program together.
