Pros: It's basically a CRM and pre-writeup system together.
Cons: It just doesn't work together well.
Pros: I like the idea of being able to pull a customer service history right in the service drive. I can show a customer what service they are due for and what they have already done.
Cons: The program is a set up a bit backwards, if I had my way there would just be a different layout in the order the information is put into the system. I wish it created an actual R.O. instead of just an appointment.
