Cons: We had nightmares with this software and company from day one. Far too many promises made that could't be lived up too. A lot of money up front to do things that never got done. Software never worked properly. After a month of trying to get it up and running we decided to cut our losses and find another solution and proposed what we thought to be a very fair partial refund proposal, considering we never were able to use the software for our business purposes.
