Pros: It's great to be able to see everything that we have ever done for the customer. I like being able to see when the last appointment was. I like being able to see when the appointment was canceled and what was on it.
Cons: This program has a tendency to load very slowly, and when I am trying to recycle a customer a lot of the time it tends to take a while to get to the next person on the list. When we are trying to email a customer, it takes a long time for the screen to load up with the template we need.
Pros: -Easy to use -Good interface -Simple to tailor to dealer needs -Ability to add fetch campaigns -Great support team
Cons: -Some bugs in the switch to HTML5 over Silverlight -Some of these bugs make assisting live customers incredibly difficult. Sometimes issues caused by these bugs can cause undue difficulties for the team using this product and the customers that are being assisted. -Small misc. issues when dealing with multiple store profiles, such as difficulties adding customer accounts to correct store. Mostly this is user error, but the system is not simple in this aspect, which can lead to a drop in productivity.
Pros: backend is easy. Customer service is great! Transactions are easy to manage
Pros: Support team is great! Lots's of options and many leads available!!
Pros: Easier to sell, as BDC agent has already spoken to the customer about services due.
Cons: Sometimes the BDC agent oversells maintenance.
Pros: Love the versatility! I've used them for 5 years and love the ease of use!
