Pros: I would absolutely recommend this product. I have worked with various different CRM products and find DealerMine the Best product for Service Retention. Other CRM products have over lapping issues with their campaigns you have to set up. Where DealerMine doesn't have these issues due to the scripting in the background. If you have people not coming up for service it's because of you are not updating your op code links properly. The only reason DealerMine could not be working properly for you, would be a user issue.
Cons: I would say the cons of this product are the employees Peter Fitzgerald and Dave Haley. They are just so..... Amazing! I love working with both of them. They are amazing and I had to mention them so they get credit for all the amazing work they do. FYI there are no cons with DealerMine.

Pros: It's Canadian like me. I have used a variety of crms and the control over the data and speed to pull it amazing. The best call select screen and algorithm for service is the best I have seen. Its easy to use features and little touches like screen colour change and Tammy and Krista on the help desk this is a great peice of software.
Cons: Con would be the system will not get used to its potential in the majority of dealers, training can be pricey and it can.be hard to find someone to take ownership in the store and use the system to generate profits which it is certainly capable of.

Pros: I think this is probably one of the best CRM programmes on the market. User friendly, really easy to navigate. Simple yet effective in keeping track of everything. Templates save so much time and the reports are really easy, ... .and if you do have any problems then the very knowledgeable and friendly Support Team is there to help. The Call Centre people are terrific and floaters allow for uninterrupted service. The benefits and savings to our company are amazing...as evidenced by the fact that we've been using Dealermine for 10 years..and counting.
Cons: The Search does not allow for a single letter out of place..or even an apostrophe, which can be a bit frustrating. In the grand scheme of things this is not really a 'product con' but I couldn't think of anything else!
Pros: DealerMine is an exceptional tool for a BDC. There are no extra steps when calling for multiple stores. The accuracy on tracking a BDC Rep's performance is phenomenal. I would never use DealerMine's competitors as DealerMine is far superior. IT ladies and gents are friendly and Knowledgeable :)
Cons: Account Managers are not that knowledgeable. Would like to see more training for them. Or see Account Managers with experience in a BDC.
Pros: DealerMine has helped us grow our service business. Their software is easy to use. It gives your service team the power to get your customers to return to the dealership for servicing of their vehicles. DealerMine listens to suggestions you have for improving your business.
