Pros: Dylan McLane and the implementation team were fantastic! After a rocky start, due to some miscommunications from a salesmen that is no longer with the company, they ironed out every detail that came up and made good on all promises the salesman had made. Dylan was knowledgeable, thorough, and detail oriented throughout the setup of our five websites. He took my lengthy lists of requests and changes, handling every item that came his way. I am notably particular, and he remained organized, patient and enjoyable to work with. I also must mention Otis Lekavicius from the Inventory team. His knowledge has been invaluable while setting up our unique shared inventory; and he too, is incredibly patient and thorough.
Cons: I was told we would have a "pod" of people who would always be our support contacts, that would be familiar with our accounts. Apparently that setup changed shortly before we went live with our websites. It has been a disappointment to have to work with random support people. While they have been reasonably responsive, it's is not the same as having someone or a group of people that have an understanding of your account and setup. Also, the amount and relavance of email updates for support tickets is annoying. One email to confirm receipt of the ticket, and a second when the ticket is complete or action is needed on the dealers part would be ideal.
