Pros: The biggest pro has been our support team at DealerOn! Our Customer Success Manager, Brittany Gronda, has been AMAZING at helping out with our site. She gives us constant feedback on site performance and always comes to meetings with tons of ideas for site improvements. She's helped make our website better and better every month. And we really appreciate how quickly the DealerOn support team makes edits updates for us--we rarely wait more than a few hours for something to get done.
Pros: Their Blog is helpful keeping me abreast of what's going on in digital advertising.
Pros: Having used many, many OEM website providers in just over 15 years I can say that our latest DealerON site is the best. John Wolff makes the difference in his ability to support our needs and is there when I have ideas, upgrade needs or general assistance.
Cons: At times the OEM restraints placed on DealerON get tiring however again John Wolff helps get me past those!

Pros: Lindsey Baker is the best CSM is has ever been my fortune to work with. Shes the greatest. If DealerOn had 100 more people like her, the company would be the best online website provider in automotive bar none.
Pros: Lindsey Baker and the Support Team are amazing to work with. Submitting a request is immediately followed up by a confirmation e-mail with a ticket number, making it easy to track every task. Lindsey is knowledgeable, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all our need are met in a timely manner.
Pros: Lindsey is a credit to Dealer On. She is on top of request and takes very good care of us. If you are luck to have her on your side, you have the best!
Cons: Dealer On as a whole has major problems adapting to our needs. Their cookie cutter one size fits all plan might work for some but we are trying new things, trying to stay ahead of the game and I find Dealer On has major problems implementing a requests. Over all I give Lndsey the five stars and I would give the company Dealer On a two star rating.
