Pros: Lindsey Baker and the Support Team are amazing to work with. Submitting a request is immediately followed up by a confirmation e-mail with a ticket number, making it easy to track every task. Lindsey is knowledgeable, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all our need are met in a timely manner.

Pros: Lindsey is a credit to Dealer On. She is on top of request and takes very good care of us. If you are luck to have her on your side, you have the best!

Cons: Dealer On as a whole has major problems adapting to our needs. Their cookie cutter one size fits all plan might work for some but we are trying new things, trying to stay ahead of the game and I find Dealer On has major problems implementing a requests. Over all I give Lndsey the five stars and I would give the company Dealer On a two star rating.

All then managers like the website and functionality.

Pros: Kylie Panke and the DealerOn support team is fast to respond and addresses our requests in a very timely manner. Our website is much better and more adaptable than past sites we've had with other vendors.

Cons: Very minor if any.

Pros: Love our Customer Success Manager, Michael Matych. He has stayed extremely responsive and knowledgable. He has great insight and really helpful in moving our business forward. Michael has been able to drop everything end help us as we update our website for COVID-19. The backend is incredibly responsive and the support is lovely. I won't be switching anytime soon.
