Pros: Changes are easy to make without jumping through hoops, looks great.
Pros: They made our site very customer friendly, all our managers are on the site for ease of contact.
Pros: -Clean looking site -Great OEM integration -Our Success Manager, Abbey Dixon, is incredibly helpful, and quick to get our requests turned around -High level of customization, haven't run into a request yet that they couldn't handle
Cons: -Backend Inventory tool could be better
Pros: DealerOn is our website provider for all four of our dealerships and they are very effective. I like the flexibility we have with customizing aspects of the SRP, VDP, and homepage. Trevor Ackerman does a great job with helping me get edits and changes taken care of ASAP.
Cons: At the time I'm writing this they are missing out on one or two features others are providing but I have been told they are coming soon. Also implementation teams could do better on communication during the build out process. Not deal breakers but valid cons.
Pros: Our customer service manager, Trevor Ackerman, does a great job of responding quickly to our requests. Hats off to him.
Pros: Abbey our CSM has done a great job getting things done with the resources she has available. Any time I have a request or change it is implemented in a timely manner. The 4 star rating is not a reflection of her hard work she deserves a 5 star rating.
Cons: The website platform and features are out dated and not with times. There are other providers that offer more features even as simple as a grid layout for inventory. Before having Abbey assigned to our account it would take a considerable amount of time to have anything changed on the site. Their competitors seem to be rolling out new features that make the customer experience easier and enjoyable. The only reason we have not switched providers is because we have Abbey and it can be difficult to find a reliable CSM.
Pros: Sometimes we ask for so many favors in a small period of time, but she never fails at getting everything done so fast! Truly an amazing person to work with.
Pros: Very easy to find information, do a chat, apply online. Looks very good.
Pros: Claire was one of the brightest young women that I have had the privilege to speak with on the phone. Support at any company can be hit or miss (as evidenced by the fact that this issue took seven different people 2 months to resolve). She was personable, responsive and respectful as she fixed my problem in a little less than 10 minutes. Call and ask for Claire, she will be the resolution to your problem.
Pros: Our Customer Success Manager, Cherie Wandling, provides attentive and responsive service. Cherie has been a joy to work with and she provides great ideas on every call. Her knowledge of the reporting is refreshing compared to other website providers. The website itself has been amazing. Kudos to Ford Direct for partnering with a quality product.
