Pros: Case Manager, Claire Durst, was beyond helpful and quickly got me the answers I needed. She listened to my request and created an option for me to be able to accomplish my goal. In a world where tech support can be a frustrating and daunting experience, Claire provided fast service, intelligent answers and a wonderfully positive attitude.

Pros: Our Customer Success Manager, Brittany Cooper, is the biggest reason why we've enjoyed using DealerOn for one of our dealerships. She always provides great insight into how we can improve our site and pushes through all of our changes and updates super quickly.

Pros: Our site launched with a number of "missing" pieces and technical issues that were of great concern. When we discovered that we would NOT be getting dedicate account manager (despite being presented as though we would prior to launch, we were left questioning our decision to transition to Dealer On's platform. Couple that with the fact that typical response times have been less than satisfying (with the exception of Ercell Carey who is also a rock star!), we've felt less than "warm and fuzzy" about our overall experience. That said, Claire Durst went above and beyond to fix a technical issue for us today leaving us with renewed faith that Dealer On does employ capable Customer Support Specialists who are focused on client needs. She proved to be accommodating and efficient. We will DEFINITELY ask for her by name moving forward!

Pros: Claire Durst was awesome! Not only did she help me resolve my issue, she took the time to help me learn the steps in making sure it doesn't become an issue again.

Cons: There's only 1 Claire. They should have an entire team of Claire's.
