Pros: Easy to use web interface. Great reporting but I truly cannot say enough about the people. Ashley Bezemek is an amazing asset to DealerOn and have LOVED working with her.
Cons: A few very very small backend tweaks but really nothing to worry about.
Pros: DealerOn is a fully responsive site with a high form lead conversion rate. The support team responds quickly and my customer success manager Ashley Bezemek is fantastic.
Pros: Emily Owen was outstanding. With a last-ditch effort, I called and got Emily who worked with me to overcome an issue on our website. We've been with DealerOn with 5 stores for years and I've called many times and always get good service, however, this service was excellent!
Pros: Ashley Bezemek has been with my stores for years. She takes good care of Toyota and Lexus of Kingsport.
Pros: Ashley Bezemek is a huge asset to DealerOn. She has been my go-to person since day one. There has not been an issue she hasn't been able to quickly assist with or a fire she hasn't just as quickly put out. Her reccomendations and observations during meetings monthly meetings about our site have ben critical to its growth and development. Everyone else at DealerOn has also been helpful and friendly, whenever we have needed assistance.
Cons: Using HomeNet for the source of loading photos and vehicle information. If there is an issue with HomeNet, they (HomeNet) refuse to assist, as our package is with DealerOn. So an extra step of contacting DealerOn for HomeNet issues makes the process cumbersome. That is a reflection on HomeNet, and not DealerOn, but it is still an annoyance..
Pros: Emails were answered fast and efficiently. Even though I can be confusing in email, either Brittany or a Dealer On team member was calling to see if they read my email correctly. Very thorough!
Cons: Everything was great and efficient, no cons!
Pros: Lindsey Baker is our CSM and she keeps us sane. Always responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our sites are not only functioning properly but up to date with best practices. She takes her time with our reporting calls and helps us make improvements along the way. You can tell she puts clients first and loves what she does.
Pros: Lindsey Baker is on top of things for us at Lee CDJR. Yes problems do come up but when she gets involved things get completed right away
Cons: When Lindsey is NOT involved, sometimes it takes way to long to fix problems.
Cons: I am not a big fan of their websites. Support isn't as good as others we have used. Their plattform isn't strong and customization isn't easy.
Pros: Great product, and even better service. Lindsey Baker is terrific and helps me get everything I need done for my website. I couldn't be happier.
