Pros: I've personally been through a few website changes, and assisted dealers with the process prior to my time at Toyota of Scranton. These products are only as strong as the help you have to help them see their full potential. Our DealerOn representative Kristin Whaley has been an outstanding example of this and is as interested in the care and detail of our website as we are.
Pros: The DealerOn website is great but the even better part of this website is Kyle Lawson our Customer Service Manager. Kyle is hands down the best I've ever had the pleasure of working with in this industry.

Cons: Would like DealerOn Support requests to be acted on much faster. Maybe we were spoiled by the fast reaction time by CDK/COBALT.
Pros: Emily Reed is an awesome account manager! She responds quickly to my many requests and works hard to make sure both of my sites are fully optimized!
Cons: Still getting used to GM functions. Should have more control on a dealership level. Would like to be able to see what areas on the sites get/need attention without having to get with account manager.
Pros: Easy to use web interface. Great reporting but I truly cannot say enough about the people. Ashley Bezemek is an amazing asset to DealerOn and have LOVED working with her.
Cons: A few very very small backend tweaks but really nothing to worry about.
