Pros: Still feel like the small company that can find a way to make anything happen. :)

Pros: Needs upgrades to system but it doesn't the job.

Cons: It's a relatively new company. They're still in developement for alot of things. They're working hard at it but it takes time.
Pros: They have all the functionality of the big inventory solutions. The biggest thing for me is the in depth knowledge of the solution by everyone at the company. I have had the same rep and support people for the past 7 years on the tool! These people build great, long lasting relationships.
Cons: They are not the largest company...but they care.
Pros: Very stable, easy to use, modern interface, mobile application, lots of useful built in utilities and add ons.
Cons: modifications to feed can take time to get reconfigured.
Pros: When we started up Arkona/Dealer Track, it worked great!
Cons: As our sales began to dwindle and Management did also, it was not necessary to track but to just SELL!
