Pros: The old one worked really well.
Cons: I'm still on the fence on the new update. It was a big let down. It looks dated

Cons: Very rocky first 60 days with this company as we tried to integrate with our DMS. Some features we thought we were getting, we didn't get, but the worst experience of all was when we tried to cancel per the sales rep's explanation to us. Turns out, they want us to remain a customer for 60 days after cancelling. Not what we were told. When we wanted to talk to someone about the bills they kept sending us, they gave us zero explanation about why were were still getting bills, and told us we would need to contact the "legal" department. Finally, someone in the collections department explained the 60 day required purgatory after canceling. Lovely.
Pros: I've been using it for 12 years and know it really well. It offers a lot of good tools for us to use.
