Pros: Great tool for CRM. love that it keeps everything organized.
Pros: love the texting feature, it allows me to have information that I need quickly.
Pros: They do a great job of organizing all our apps and products! Great Customer Service!
Cons: I have request training on using this system and a rep will not get back to me. bad customer support.
Pros: We are fairly new to this CRM, we like it a lot so far.
Pros: The interface is great. Works well.
Cons: The support needs improvement! Very hard to get help, slow response.
Pros: I am still learning the system. over all it seems to be user friendly. however, there are a couple kinks with saving information in the system.
Pros: It is great at scanning driver's licenses and presents the opportunity to centralize information of all types.
Cons: Often the apps are not updated frequently enough to operate smoothly when a new OS is released for a phone. Also, there is often a lag between steps and clicks, within the app, even on very fast Wi-Fi connections.
Pros: We are fairly new to this CRM system. still learning how to use it properly.
Pros: It's hard to remember which rep does what! 1 rep would be good!
Cons: I need support for my support! Too many employees for everything
