Cons: Too many to list here. The system asks for irrelevant information. It creates way too many tasks for each customer. It is extremely difficult to retrieve certain types of information. It is very unlikely that they canvased or interviewed any sales people to develop this product. It does not sell more cars. It is not more efficient. It takes more time per customer than the old version. It is not intuitive. Requires too much training and even then it is still confusing. This is a classic example of change for change's sake...and the product went backwards. Avoid it like the plague!!!
Pros: Look nice and has more stuff , than some of the other CRMs
Cons: The worst CRM I've tried so far. We've had it for more than a year now. Classic one and then Black Bird. Both of them are way too complicated for a regular person to use. Because of the same reason as well as a poor technical support it has a lot of bugs and glitches. It requires too much time from a sales person to input an information and keep CRM clean and working. So, sales people spend more time on CRM vs actually helping customers and selling cars.
Pros: Socket is amazing! this platform helps to know who does what!
