Cons: It can be a little intimidating at first but this is just because thee is so much there. It gets easier with time. The price tag may be a little heavy for smaller dealerships.

Cons: Too sophisticated. Very difficult for managers and sales people to use. You need a fulltime CRM Manager to keep everything straight. Your Sales Managers will not be able to do it and work car deals at the same time. Support is absolutely the worst in the business. You need something? Get in line and wait. It's a loooong line. It took me 3 months to get a privacy form added and then when we called in to check they had no record of it. Finally got it done and now we can't print our Customer Purchase offer. Also, our Service scheduling doesn't work either. Do you think they are in any hurry to get you up and going? Think again.

Cons: With Canada instituting the CASL law it completely screwed up how Dealersocket handles internet leads. Their implementation of Spam compliance is horrible. The Program will decide by itself if you can email your customer. The override is a pain in the ass to use and they killed a great product.
