Pros: Very user friendly, being able to scan in a drives liscene and VIN info has saved a lot of time

Cons: Had some bugs at the start but the team has been very responsive in fixing anything brought to their attention

Pros:

Cons: Worked with DealerSocket since 2013. Recently they have changed their business model and their level of service has decreased significantly. My contract was coming up and they completely ignored my requests leading me to choose another provider. It's always difficult to make a CRM change but DealerSocket forced me to change with their lack of service.

Pros:

Cons: The 2 year extension I was offered in order to not pay an exorbitant amount for the completely useless Blackbird upgrade is not only misleading but terrible business practice. Everything about Dealersocket has been a disappointment. About 6 months ago when I began requesting a cancellation, I spent weeks of time getting you and Dealerfire/Dealersocket website provider to figure out why our website leads were not going into the CRM for 60 days and both of your departments were just pointing the blame at one another. See the service ticket history and the responses from your Customer Service Representatives We used to have quarterly onsite visits, and those have completely stopped despite my many requests for them and how much we needed them. We haven't had an account rep visit our store since almost a year ago- August 2016 when Moxie Greenwell was our rep. This is awful service! Calling support takes hours. The software is outdated, hard to use, ineffective and Blackbird does noth
