Pros: Great idea but we had to stop using it.
Pros: We use it but not as much as I thought we would. I think I just need a little more training to make it do what it should.
Cons: Frustrating to learn.
Pros: This does the job, it sorts by criteria and provides us with the best marketing and mining leads, strategy is flexible.
Cons: Algorithm is skewed. We are trying to get out of the contract but they are not letting us. We have found a way better solution.

Cons: Could be easier to use, laid out better. Needs to integrate with CRM better. When I put notes in RevenueRadar they don't link to DealerSocket CRM.

Pros: I just recently starting using this and I have nothing bad to say because DealerSocket takes the cake. This definitely makes life easier, very user friendly. Customer service has been so great to work with and very patient.
