The Mazda team exemplifies an expert amount of skill when logging communication encounters, inquiries, and all activity with our customers because of Stephen's patient, professional, and very detailed training. Michael Radzavich helped the sales leadership team track inventory and sat with them through the entire week to aid in at any need they had. Soo Impressed with the knowledge and patience these gentlemen had as well as the positive outcome of their training. The Mazda team is hammering calls and logging activity more efficiently than ever. I can say that we owe the due credit to these two implementers who took time with the team individually to ensure the team's full knowledge of this program and it's features. Cons: Pros: It's a powerful tool if used correctly. You can mine the database of customers who bought elsewhere but service at your dealership. it's a really good chance to win them over. There's a tool for identifying the upcoming end of lease customers. This can get you ahead of the crowd! Cons: Some of the pre-written email templates are really cheesy and out of date. They appear too wordy and gimmicky. In fact, some customers thought they were too good to be true.
