Pros: The service scheduling product has helped us capture a higher percentage of OnStar and web leads. The interface is very user friendly and the reporting is second to none. It allows me to track true no-show appointments and follow-up with those customers in a timely fashion. The reporting allows me to calculate show rates and close rates and actually track individual performance and set goals. DealerSocket support is also head and shoulders ahead of our previous scheduling tool.
Cons: None that I have found yet.
Cons: Overall using this product for service is super frustrating. The layout and the usage on the service side is not user friendly. Not a realistic program for a centralized BDC.
