Pros: We love the service scheduling. Everyone can always improve, but they are on top of it. In the two years I have used this product its only been down once and that was for three hours tops.
Pros: We have 2 lanes and its super easy to pick 1 lane. Great visibility, can see who set up the customers service appointment and follow it through. Easy to add work notes and change descriptions. Love this tool
