Pros: The customer profiles are easy to navigate

Cons: I wish that maintenance requests didn't take so long.

Cons: Mobile app is a joke, missing many documents, and most do not print correctly. Tech support is a joke, and everything takes two weeks.
Pros: Stylish and intuitive design. I love the search feature and how you can type any information into the search bar to find your vehicle (e.g. part of the vin, part of the stock #) and you can sort easily by any column. The dashboard is awesome and shows a great summary of the business' performance. They also had friendly customer support agents
Cons: Our account manager was impossible to reach because they kept switching. Getting reports were a nightmare, they hardly ever worked. Even customer support couldn't help us. Using the "Print" button was always a gamble especially when you're trying to print a payment schedule for a customer and it won't do anything. Customer support was slow (especially on Saturdays) you have to go through phone menus just to to them and you can be on hold for a while. Biggest con, is I was told I could cancel anytime but apparently not, and now I have to go through an ordeal of waiting to get out of the contract which will probably won't happen. Stay away, the mistake of choosing Dealersocket has cost us so much time and frustration and is going to cost us thousands of dollars in payments for a contract I cant get out of.
Pros: Managing, reporting and analyzing are easy!

Pros: This definitely makes life easier. DealerSocket has been so great to work with; customer service is awesome and they are very patient.
