Pros: They have some features I miss

Cons: Onboarding is awful! Training is awful. Everything is online webinars that is not customized for our dealership. Support is awful. The people I call are nice but the solutions are to go back to webinars. Very expensive. I paid for 2-1/2 years and never sold anything thru IDMS.

Great system! Highly recommend this.

Cons: Inside reporting is repeatedly inaccurate.

Cons: We are locked in a contract and there is no way out. The product mal-functions all the time.

Pros: Our rep is wonderful and always checking to make sure all is well. This system is robust and has allwe ever need.

Pros: Integrates well with our CRM. We like it for the most part.

Cons: Doesn't give us the greatest data. Support could use an improvement as well.

Pros: Can categorize inventory by status (available, recon, spot delivered, etc.). All info to value/price vehicle on one page (Carfax, NADA, Cost, etc.). I liked my sales rep. Phone support people are nice and helpful. After-sale admin staff not helpful.

Cons: Terrible training. Webinars and phone support only. Far too complicated for that to be sufficient. Also missing key features, such as the accruing floor plan interest as a cost. Only pulls certain info from CRM, so there is still a lot of unnecessary re-keying of info.
