Cons: High cost; poor to no support unless you lean on them hard; constant upselling pressure; inefficient or unfocused on your needs, centralized command structure meaning your issues have to get bounced around to many talking heads before a decision is made; poorly designed product with too few choices, too little service and lousy tech specs. Mostly outdated product which you may have the misfortune like I did of hearing them lie about-example: "Yes, our websites are Responsive" -a lie repeated by not only the sales rep but also by a Senior Technical rep. It's not Responsive-meaning it scales to any device, but has the same look (gui). Be careful of what the Sales rep tells you as well. From misrepresentation on what's included in your order to how they are going to implement your order, we found them to be on a level of flim-flam. No better than a carnival barker or fly-by-night sham artists. Every excuse imaginable was given on why they couldn't launch us on time. And the rep in charge of our product launch told us she was leaving on vacation half-way into our supposed launch date. If I could rate them a ZERO, I would. After owning several new car franchises over the course of the past 25 years as well as serving on the Dealer Advisory board to Cobalt and the Advertising boards of several of the Big 3 auto manufacturer's, I know bad management when I see it. Additionally, I am a techno-geek having built 2 dealership's PC's and being fluent in html. I own both PC's, Apple Macs, Ipads, Iphones, Android devices and am efficient in hundreds of software programs. These guys are really, really terrible and if you have the misfortune of ALREADY signing with them, WATCH OUT! Many vendors supply a much better product for 1/3 to 1/2 the cost. One more example of how bad these guys are: They can't even tell me how or if we are doing better than we were with our previous provider! They can't or won't review the analytics with us! Awful, awful-STAY AWAY!!
Pros: Support tries their best but 8 times out of 10 then is nothing they can do.
Cons: It is an old system based on windows xp design it would seem, not user friendly if you manage 300 plus vehicles pricing and information will give you a brain tumor. Dealertrack's focus is not in their inventory solutions. Unless you like Headaches and pains pass on this feature. We have used it since 2009 and not very impressed with it.
Pros: Easy tool to use, with plenty of information. I especially like the True Target Pricing Tool. Also, plenty of on site support when needed and DJ Sardana is very helpful and accessible.

Pros: Saved us money over Homenet and VAuto and does an excellent job. Support is excellent!
Cons: Integration with UCS is non existent but that is more of our problem until we can change the DMS
Pros: Better before DT bought them... but not much.
Cons: Extremely bad support and website uptime. What's worse, is they don't even know it most of the time. I tracked their backend systems and multiple websites they host and their downtime was ridiculous. Even had an outage during a demo! That should have been a warning to me. Stay away people, there is much better out there.
