Pros: For as much as I do not like the DealerSocket CRM, the app is actually pretty good. I have used quite a few of the CRM apps around and this one actually works. It gives the guys a lot of freedom and helps them schedule appointments in very little time.
Pros: Easy and Fast! Great way to reach Customers!
Pros: I love that I have access to customer info and can do work from my place. The new update significantly improved the app, it works great with my iPhone.

Cons: These guys need to do a total overhaul of their product, it seems like they were leading the industry when they first started, but they never updated their software. It needs a lot of work! The app is clunky and difficult to use.
Pros: Our sales team loves the app! They get to check their dashboard and work with customers right on their phone
Pros: This is the best CRM and app I have used. It is very user friendly and intuitive. I really like that emails are easy to customize and save as templates, it saves me ten steps from my previous CRM. I have used other mobile CRMs that are burdensome and slow, this is far better than the others out there.

Pros: I used this CRM for about three years, at the time I had no issues with it because I had nothing else to compare it to. It did any necessary tasks without too much extra work.
Cons: Now that I have switched and used VinSolutions CRM I can see how basic DealerSocket was. It was not very accessible when it came to getting reports, contact information, or customer history. The app itself was really just okay, not bad but nothing outstanding.
