Cons: As time went by, we had to tell our account rep what key words or phrases to use. We also knew we needed more content and their answer was to try to sell us other products rather than fix the missing content first. Nice people to work with, but more interested in up-selling other products when their performance dips below benchmarks.
Pros: DealerFire has been a great partner for our search engine marketing by helping develop a strategy and being willing to innovate new products to stay up on the most cutting-edge technology.
Pros: We are getting double the results with half the budget we have previously spent. Great customer service.

Pros: We have been DealerFire customers for over 6 years now and our experience with DealerFire has been great! They are easy to work with and accomplish tasks in a timely manner.
Pros: DealerFire has an excellent team of professionals that are certified in all important aspects (Adwords, Analytics, etc.) and do a great job with our PPC (Bing and Google), Facebook advertising and remarketing.
Cons: The only thing I would like to see improved is the reporting but they are in the works to make that happen.
