Pros: Pros: Desking for subprime, decent for a small store needing a CRM but not willing to pay the big bucks.

Cons: Cons: So many things that drive us crazy, yet it works pretty well. Once you save a deal in desking, you can't change the lender... It's old technology that runs on software stored in your IE Temp folder, not truly "web based" like they claim... The Driver's License scanner is terrible. It works most of the time, but it will over-write any info you have saved for the customer, it's clunky, and mis-reads lots of info so you have wrong info in the deal... Only a single window. If you're working on a deal, and you need to look up another customer or vehicle, you have to leave what you are doing to do it. Multi-tasking is impossible... They are migrating to a mobile web-based environment, but desking or CRM functions aren't there yet and won't be for a couple of years.
