Pros: one site reporting and training of managers when needed. Good group effort in accomplishing goals of dealer group.

Cons: With several different franchises, sometimes very bulky to set up process.

Pros: Reporting is fantastic. Ability to tie marketing dollars to ROI.

Cons: So in depth it takes a lot of time and training to use all the functionality.

Pros: DME's cusomer journey maintains constant communication with our customer base without us having to worry about it. It's targeted, logical and effective.

Pros: It's a good way to safely keep your data updated. It allows you to have access to your data for campaings and and to later quantify results.

Cons: DMS data pulls need to be more frequent.
