Cons: Stone age system. have to utilize another system when we have growth.
Pros: The platform is easy to use and very efficient and we are always compliant, which is important in itself.
Pros: Many good leads found through this product. Easy and effective.
Pros: They do a good job of training us. This tool is accurate and works well with their CRM tool.
Pros: Does a great job organizing and identifying organic and new leads.
Pros: Does a great job on organic leads from our system and putting them all together. Manages leads great!

Cons: Since they don't partner with our DMS, which is Reynolds, they use DealerVault to push the inventory feed and we continued to have issues with them receiving it. In addition, they didn't sync with the CRM very well so we essentially had to work the customers out of both systems. As a result, we decided to go with the tool offered by our CRM so we could better match up customer info and track performance. After putting in our 30-day cancellation on the 1st of the month they kept us on the hook for an additional month because it fell outside of their billing period which was the 31st in accordance with their contract terms. I would just caution anyone not to lock themselves into a long term contract, and of course, to read it carefully. Needless to say we would not consider doing business with Dominion again.
Pros: I love the presentation sheets when you hand out to service clients.
Cons: Could be more updated as far as when people trade in their old car
