Pros: I have no complaints about this CRM system, works great!
Cons: Antiquated and hard to manage. Slow response!
Pros: Everything is up to date and easy to use! Keeps us up to the minute!
Cons: when I have a problem, I can't make them understand my needs. It is so frustrating to need help and have no customer support!

Cons: Can't get leads. no communication updates.. It's just antiquated!
Pros: This is a great CRM, I would not personally change a thing about it. We are about to update it and I look forward to being web based rather than server based. Good customer service, although we don't talk to them much because we do not have issues with it.
Pros: This is the first CRM I have used that qualifies as 'easy to use'. We have used some of the worst ones on the market, and this is a drastic change. I believe it competes with any of the best ones out there. Customer service has been responsive and attentive since we signed up.
Pros: Did very basic functions that all CRMs can do.
Cons: If you want to feel frustrated, go ahead and try this CRM out. Anytime I wanted to switch between pages or customers, it took about 10 extra steps than it should have. If you wanted to print a page, you mind as well need a power of attorney. Good luck!
Pros: This is a pretty good option for a CRM. Seems like it is pretty similar to most, keeps customers organized and easy to pull up.
Cons: I am not a fan that they use a standard ticket system, it would be nice if customer service was more personalized.
