Cons: Auto alert is much better. Choose wisely
Pros: Great account reps. Easy to use with new integrated tools. I don't even have to build campaigns with the new Priority page. Includes monthly emails and mailers. Monthly reports to show who opened emails and what they looked at. Very user friendly and easy to navigate.
Pros: This is a great product! It integrates well with Autobase CRM. My specialist Gianna is great to work with and she is very good about planning for each month. We average 30 plus sales per month with this product.
Pros: This system allows me to ballpark payoff numbers while running new leases to have a more accurate approach over the phone.
Cons: Being able to view all 400 customers in list form rather than have page limits to 100. Not a big deal, just one thing I can say that would make the tool more efficient.
Pros: I love the service I get from my Fulfillment Specialist Gianna Abbondanza. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are successful. Since June 2012, which is when our dealership signed on with DealActivator, we've made 401 sales that can be attributed to DealActivator. That sales total translates into 19% of our sales from when we started with DealActivator until today. DealActivator has helped us to discover new business opportunities with our current customers by providing daily sales and service leads. Pros: The Deal activator program helps me create and manage our leads and make sure on a daily basis our sales people have leads to work. The mailer and email service are a great way to start conversations with very little effort. The best feature of this whole program is my rep Alex Haab. Alex helps make me look good. He does most of the work, makes sound suggestions to improve our success and is always available.
Cons: None worth mentioning.
Pros: Working with Alex and a his great ideas to help me increase sales! He is always there to answer and help with questions big or small.
Cons: If a leads is a class 2 there is no way to notify you if they have a change in class. Its small but would be helpful.
Pros: I was so excited to hear that this dealership had this program in place when I interviewed with them. I was even more excited that I would get to continue my established relationship with Alex Haab our product rep. Alexhas shown great talent in his bright ideas for marketing and ad building. I truly enjoy working with him and with this product. This is a very vital product to all dealers keeping your current customers and growing more customers.
Cons: My only con is dominion has great technology and some times moves a little faster then main counter parts of the dealerships providers IE DMS CRM systems however I will state this After having a long indepth convo with the designers and explaining to them about upgrading browsers they were very quick to roll back to an older plateform which has made my job easier on the 2.0 vs 3.0 the response on this and fix was done in a timely manner.
Pros: Easy to use, helpful staff
Cons: Lease buyouts are not accurate this messes with peoples equity position
