Pros: Agile software. Best in class customer relationship tool. Video. Text. Certified email. Lifting our engagement with internet customers. Reputation management integration is getting us more Google reviews than we could hope for.
Cons: Not perfect, but what cloud software isn't? However, this team is always there when there is a problem: communicating and not giving up without resolution.
Pros: I have been using DriveCentric for a few months now and it is one of the easiest and user friendly CRM's I have ever used. If I ever have a question about how to deal with anything being new to this CRM the staff is fast and helpful. I 100%recommend DriveCentric.
