Pros: The CRM is easy for all users from BDC, Sales Associates to Sales Managers. It makes reporting and accountability easy. The video integration makes a world of difference and is a huge time saver. The support and setup team rock as well!

Cons: Anytime you switch CRMs, life is hectic. But, at least with DriveCentric, it has been worth the transition for our team.

Shhhh. It's a game-changer of a product but don't tell anyone.

Pros: Easy to use, extremely intuitive interface. Mobile app is built just like the desktop UI, simple yet feature driven. Great response by account management and support when issues arise and are willing to go the extra mile to get things working. They've built a solid foundation with current feature set and we should expect added features that other CRMs can't match. If you're looking for tool to give your sales staff an edge. This is it.

Cons: Little hiccups sometimes are a pain to deal with. Support and implementation needs more structure to keep track of issues or requests for improvement.

Thank you for the great feedback. Let me know what the little hiccups are. I can scare you can get those to go away. Just need to know what those are and it will be done. We are working on a request board that everyone can see what we are developing and rate the feature they would like to see the most. This would help us to work closely with our partners to see what we should do next based on requests. This will open transparency to the entire process.

Pros: Industry leading artificial intelligence (text and email). If you connect with more customers you will sell more cars, they can measure engagement. They also integrate with most DMS. Desking tool is fast, accurate, and easy to use.

Pros: Fully integrated CRM, with compliant text, video, Artificial Intelligence, desking. Excellent service. Mobile friendly, and intuitive design. Built for engaging the customer, not for checking completed tasks.

Pros: Drive Centric has many capacities that benefit our staff such as the video implementation, text to consumers, daily work plan, and an overall simplistic interface for managing your pipeline of customers/prospects. Great support staff that is willing to come out to your store when needed for training or tweaking of rules to better suite your business model.

Pros: email, text, video and call right from the customer profile. It does everything well including measuring customer engagement, how they like to engage ect. Customer support for everyone at the click of a chat window.

Cons: Haven't found any, we have been with DriveCentric for almost 2 years
