Pros: We have all been through the challenge of selecting the right product in a competitive CRM field. The old standby's are ever present. The sales person sells you on the bells and whistles and shows all the great things that can be done. The trainers then come in and when you need something specific to your dealership you are then told "oh, it can't do that." The trainers leave and you are left wading through the confusion with no clue how to use the system let alone getting the bells and whistles to work. This is a fairly new company and system with young blood and attitude.They have built a program that thinks the way managers and owners think so you can obtain the metrics and analytics you want with the ability to drill down to specific details. Training is done with pride to make sure the users actually know how to use the system to its fullest extent. The trainers and the support team are always available to answer questions and to customize to meet your needs. It is a partnership.
Cons: Limited in # of characters for the "pro" section, so I will continue with the positive. The program has been written to provide a breakdown of the details and specifics a manager needs to manage the team; analyzing the daily detailed tasks each member of the staff is performing which will enhance accountability leading to more sales. It is a system designed to foster accountability and productivity. If you need customization, the team is prepared to help you with knowledge and skill. There is a sense of urgency in meeting your needs, all done by a personalized team with a great attitude. This team is there after the sale of the system and there to improve the program with you. They are growing with the philosophy to never be too big that you lose the personal touch and connection with your customer. As for "cons" I have not seen many. The issues I have raised are being addressed. Some things may take a little longer than others but the approach is to find a short and long term fix.
Pros: Drive Centric allows my sales consultants to get the most out of a CRM. Drive Centric has many capacities that benefit our staff such as the video implementation, text to consumers, daily workplan, and an overall simplistic interface for managing your pipeline of customers/prospects. Great support staff that is willing to come out to your store when needed for training or tweaking of rules to better suite your business model.
Pros: Every deal is right in front of you. The DriveCentric Mobile App is great and the video feature just simply helps you sell cars! The AI, aspect of the system is great. It engages your customer 24/7
Pros: Overall, this is a pretty good CRM option. I have liked the interface, it has removed a lot of leg work from our daily processes.
Cons: The biggest issue we have is that the CRM requires us to be fairly proactive when it comes to managing emails and texts; most CRMs will send you notifications, we have to check to ensure we haven't missed anything. I also miss having a 'wish list' like VinSolutions had.
Pros: This is a good option for a CRM. It does what it needs to, but lacks some features that make other options nice.
Cons: This is not as user friendly as other CRMs. I also feel like many of the processes on it are pretty inefficient.
Pros: Streamlined and customizable work tools. Much better than average support.
Cons: Had to use Dealer Socket before Drivecentric came to town.
Pros: I really appreciate this product I love the videos along with the pics after the sell that are posted to facebook and emailed to the customer Another thing I like is the access with the phone how I can do all my work outside of the office on my cell phone
Cons: I wish I could interact with other sales guys and managers through the system by a tagging method like facebook Also on trade appraisals if the notes would print on the trade appraisal form that would be great
Pros: The speed and accuracy of the system are amazing, the ability to retain gross on the front along with gaining gross in finance is a tool that is priceless. The speed of being able to desk deals is incredible increasing the effectiveness of the sales managers along with the very quick ability to switch between deals is fantastic--This system is a must for any dealer looking to increase traffic through the crm or gain gross and effectiveness of the overall dealership,. I would highly recommend this system to any dealer large or small!!! The staff is amazing with very quick response time on resolving any issues along with great training. To sum it up simply the best tool out there

Pros: This CRM is simply the best product on the market today. It's designed for car guys by car guys. You will see a 20% lift in sales after the first month. The service/tech help is the best in the business. This CRM is simply AMAZING!
Cons: I cannot think of a single thing I wanted changed that they did not change to suit my business.
Pros: It's user friendly, easy to navigate, easy to manage and the customer service team is on point! It has really helped our Internet Dept grow.
Cons: There are a few updates I'd like to add to the platform to make it even more productive for me but other wise it's great.
