Pros: It's one of the better ones in the game, I can sure rely on the information and don't see too many issues. The support is fast and our rep Shawn Goble is great because I am high maintenance! He puts up with me.
Pros: The functionality is the greatest! Smooth, no glitches. Our old rep was the best support I could ask for, Jacob , don't know the name of the new rep but I'm sure he will be just as good.
Pros: Ease of use, setup and utilization for any level of user. Complete system for desking, follow up management and internet lead management all integrated. Available artificial intelligence and video built directly in to the system to maximize engagement with leads and customers.
Cons: Adjusting to a non-task based system is a challenge initially but if people understand how the system is designed to function and can grasp on to it productivity can increase exponentially.
Pros: My prior CRM's had 50 buttons on every screen. This one has just buttons enough to get the job done. It makes it fast to learn and simple to use. The AI is wonderful. Even with an internet sales team, and a hybrid BDC, the AI is still more effective at getting engagement. I've tried other AI's before, and the critical failure of everyone was that it wasn't integrated into the CRM.
Cons: You may miss a few simple features that your previous CRM had, but the DriveCentric team is easy to work with, and they're interested in improving their product. I've seen many request turn into new features.

Cons: We have had DriveCentric for almost 2 weeks now and seen an increase in sales over 50% in it's 1st week of use. Adaption from staff was a breeze and seamless in execution. I really do like the engagement factor as well, with rock solid video to spam free looking opt in, GIFS and customer cards of their info. Desking has turned out to be the biggest factor with getting OTD in a matter of mins to the sales staff or even better yet just text it to the client. No issues as well with lead integration from all our our lead buckets. I really do like the chat feature so you are in constant contact with DriveCentrics team with chat,one on one video and screens sharing features that almost immediate response.
Pros: System flows and it takes less steps to do everything.
Pros: Highly recommend as it is, by far, the best we have had.
