Exactly what CRM is supposed to do.

Pros: It's not complicated and yet it has man options! Support is good too!
Pros: The CRM is easy for all users from BDC, Sales Associates to Sales Managers. It makes reporting and accountability easy. The video integration makes a world of difference and is a huge time saver. The support and setup team rock as well!
Cons: Anytime you switch CRMs, life is hectic. But, at least with DriveCentric, it has been worth the transition for our team.

Cons: Little hiccups sometimes are a pain to deal with. Support and implementation needs more structure to keep track of issues or requests for improvement.

Pros: Drive Centric has many capacities that benefit our staff such as the video implementation, text to consumers, daily work plan, and an overall simplistic interface for managing your pipeline of customers/prospects. Great support staff that is willing to come out to your store when needed for training or tweaking of rules to better suite your business model.
Pros: email, text, video and call right from the customer profile. It does everything well including measuring customer engagement, how they like to engage ect. Customer support for everyone at the click of a chat window.
