Pros: This CRM is hands down the best option for our company by far. DriveCentric allows our sales staff to easily track customers interactions and engage easier with customers through text, email, and phone calls. The user interface is the easiest out of any CRM and reporting is top notch. Want to know what's even better? The staff that oversees our account. Everyone in their company has been on our side and wants us to be successful. Our main contact, Connor Brett has got to be the best rep I have ever worked with. He helped us through every single transition phase and perfected every single step. He was a huge part of our success in our CRM service migration. He always knew what was going on with our account, always had the answers, and went above and beyond to help us be successful. After the transition, I can't help but reflect on how great Connor was with everything. I cannot thank him enough for his help. DriveCentric should give this guy a huge raise.
Cons: We wish made the switch sooner. There are no cons.

Cons: Takes a minute for a monthly reports to load
Pros: Really great for newcomers, has deep dive analytic tools for experts and BDC
Cons: Sometimes gets a few minor bugs but they are always fixed within a week or so.
Pros: My favorite feature of DriveCentric is that it has AI, Video, and LiveRooms all in one. There is no need to have 3rd party plugins that do not interact with the CRM. The reports allow me not only to review ROI, but also effectiveness of the salespeople across showroom, phone and internet seperalty.
Pros: Finally a system that lets managers see what is going on in your digital showroom. Best text and video platform I have ever seen. This is what sells cars.
Cons: None that i could speak to
Pros: One of the best CRM's I have ever used. We have had some mixed results with the new updates they have been running, but if we have any problems we can just chat or send in a ticket and they instantly help us out. We have great interactions with them.
Pros: We are still using them a year later and they still do okay. There's always bugs with the interface, but they are continuing to quickly update and fix their system and make things right. Support is always well given, they get back to us quickly.
Pros: Great speed and accuracy. Support is very attentive as well.
Pros: Ease of use, support is always there to help with any questions and are always trying to find ways to improve. The dealership I'm at has been using this for some time now and our conversion rate of online inquires from what I was last told was around 30%.
Cons: Haven't found any cons. Program is very user friendly so there isn't really any learning curve with it.
