Pros: If you're looking for something that will help the sales staff and give them some advantage this is it. This is easy to use and if there is any issues the support staff is great at helping to resolve it.

Pros: DriveCentric is highly agile, hears our needs, and often responds with features that are in line within weeks. The want to help, and their account reps and execs are ready to jump in and lend a hand. Support is easy to reach via chat, so I don't waste 30-45 minutes getting through to resolve issues.

Pros: Have had other CRM's, but this one is the best really easy to use and has some great tools for Sales Managers, their customer support is great also

Pros: DriveCentric is easy to use for new users. It is a lightweight application but offers a robust feature list. Coming from Reynolds and Reynols CM and dealersocket, drive has really made significant improvements on how my team communicates with customers. These guys get that video and text are huge and with Drive Centric we are getting record setting engagement with our customers using these tools. For the first time (In this industry) I feel like I'm using software that wasn't an afterthought. From the ground up this is the best CRM I've used.

Cons: Nothing that I can think of.

Great CRM. Our entire dealer group has switched. We had Dealersocket prior to switching.

Pros: Follow-up is awesome, dashboard shows all a manager needs to see to be successful. Highly recommend this CRM.
