Pros: This CRM is simply the best product on the market today. It's designed for car guys by car guys. You will see a 20% lift in sales after the first month. The service/tech help is the best in the business. This CRM is simply AMAZING!

Cons: I cannot think of a single thing I wanted changed that they did not change to suit my business.

Pros: It's user friendly, easy to navigate, easy to manage and the customer service team is on point! It has really helped our Internet Dept grow.

Cons: There are a few updates I'd like to add to the platform to make it even more productive for me but other wise it's great.

Pros: Unbelievable customer support.

Cons: As the product grows there are occasional hiccups, but problems are handled promptly.

Thanks for the feedback. Being from the Car Business, Customer Support is very important to me. We have to be there when you need us... Period. In regards to the hiccups - we try our best to limit those. I know we will have issues - its how you handled those times and how fast you react. We will always be prompt on these. Pros: Agile software. Best in class customer relationship tool. Video. Text. Certified email. Lifting our engagement with internet customers. Reputation management integration is getting us more Google reviews than we could hope for.

Cons: Not perfect, but what cloud software isn't? However, this team is always there when there is a problem: communicating and not giving up without resolution.

Pros: I have been using DriveCentric for a few months now and it is one of the easiest and user friendly CRM's I have ever used. If I ever have a question about how to deal with anything being new to this CRM the staff is fast and helpful. I 100%recommend DriveCentric.

Appreciate your input. Its neat to hear you feel the system is easy. You have enough challenges everyday, figuring out your CRM should not be one of them. lol.

I think this is one best way to get everything you need.

Funny you mention Texting. We literally see a 25% increase in closing percentages on customers that engage via text. Making Texting easy was important. Glad to see you are enjoying the system. Thanks again!!

20 Years in the car business - only one way to be successful is to be there. I agree on the App. We worked so so hard to get the requested options in the app that it caused some issues. We have worked through all of those and are very excited where its at. We thank all of our Beta users for making the app what it is today. Thank you!!
