Challenge Past Positions

 

The strategies that at one time made you successful may be limitations in the future. Rethinking positions is a great way for your business to grow since your customer, the market, and your business has changed over the last couple of years.

You may keep the same position but without testing it you will never how viable its efficiency is. Challenge past positions and determine what they are achieving and compare that against where you want to be in the future. If those don’t align it is time to change.
