This year's Most Valuable Insight competition was the most competitve yet. We received more applications than ever before. With almost 30 applications, our panel of highly progressive Owners/DPs and GMs anonmously voted on each application on the following criteria:
After adding up the scores of the votes, four finalists were selected to present at Presidents Club:
Each finalist had 9 minutes to present followed by 4 minutes of Q&A by a panel of three dealers on stage who voted on the presentation. There were also another 20 dealers in the audience who voted on the presentations.
“The Importance of Quality Response,” presented by SCI MarketView came out on top.
For their insight, SCI MarketView analyzed two thousand auto shopper responses to demonstrate how dealers can potentially quadruple their chances of bringing shoppers into the showroom and close deals. The presentation demonstrated that it is not just the speed of the initial response that determines effectiveness, but also quality: responses that contain personalized elements, with a high correlation to the consumer’s initial interest, increase the chances of success.
