Pros: You don't have to log into each review site to respond. The dashboard has all of them listed on one page and you can respond to reviews on there too. The capabilities to help increase SEO are simple, but amazing to see in one place. I like how you can compare yourself to your competitors.

Cons: There is an option for email campaigns, but it doesn't necessarily generate reviews. Yet, I think that's a problem that is reliant on the company and how they treat their customers.
