Pros: They are really great to work with, always available and have trained us well on how to manage the website. Our website fits exactly what we need and they have been there for us from day on of building it!

Pros: eBizAutos is great at everything, I mean everything except for one issue. Their support is seriously #1 out of every other vendor I've worked with. Customization is on par, etc. They should be the #1 dealer website provider hands down.. SEO is on pair, PPC is actually MANAGED (No BS like other vendors). They do everything they say they do. HUGE, HUGE step up from Dealer.com, and any other name out there. And in all honesty, if you pick another vendor aside from them you deserve to have issues from not doing your research. Pros = everything aside from code/design.
Cons: Only issue we had with them is customizing the sites, they can do pretty much anything except theirs one big issue. They use in-house coders or outsource it or something, because when I send them the PSD design, it comes back looking absolutely horrible.. I mean their code work is a nightmear, if you want something designed to look like this, they'll code it and make it live, but it will look horrible.
Pros: solid company, great support, awesome backend tool and flexibility.
Cons: quirky in some areas. 5-7 business days for most changes, seems to be average compared to the industry.
Pros: Easy to manage, Excellent customer service! Versatile and faster interface than some other site providers i have used
