Pros: I can text and send appraisals and make sales.
Pros: The customer can contact us through Facebook, then we can choose whether to answer it in Facebook or by phone, and the customer still thinks they are chatting in facebook.
Pros: I dont have to be at my desk to respond, come right to my phone.

Cons: Data obtain through this tool is owned by Edmunds (read the terms of service) which implies they may utilize the phone number and/or information within the texts to market to these consumers in the future. We switched to the Autobytel program 5 months ago and have had no problems with their tool and we own the data, not Autobytel. No fear of Autobytel marketing to customers which we spend the budget on driving to our website.
Pros: Does not give us any hassle! Leads are very reliable.
Pros: Edmunds provided training to help us know how to know how to optimize their site and know how to receive information about our customers after they have created profiles. This helps us to best serve them when they contact our dealership.
