Pros: I was forced to use it at previous store/group and never knew much about it. I just payed the bill. We recently signed up and the lift in service in declined and people that haven't been to my store in 15 months are huge. The inside BDC calling and emailing my customers are drumming up my business. I had a process prior it just wasn't as nearly as effective. Well woth it.
Cons: They can sometimes over call customers with only 1 day in between calls. I changed setup and is better now and now every other day in following on certain campaigns. Missed first appointment. That's really not a bad thing just had to make a tweak on my part. Before they weren't getting called at all. Thanks
