Pros: Easy to read layout that is easy to navigate from day 1.

Cons: Extremely tight permissions. This CRM really locks down a salesperson's ability to access certain customer data that is crucial to a deal without having to get a manager involved to recall past information. No access to deal recaps for sales persons. No ability to recall a deal worksheet after the desk has printed it.
