Pros: I don't miss much now and can see every lead that's being handled or not. We now have a great workflow and our lead conversion has gone up by 15-18% for a mutilple of reasons. We are now following up on every lead for 60 days in workflow and a lot is setup automatically and Elead takes over after 7 days and sends out all emails.
Cons: I wish they would text customer too and not just email.
