Cons: Customer opt-in depends on the system status. If a different salesperson was previously working with a customer and they sent a text-opt in, I can't send another one. For example, a couple of our sales team members left the company recently and I received some of their customers. I am unable to send some of them text opt-in requests because they were already sent by the previous person who was working with them.
