Pros: I like using this along with my other 2 programs for tracking vehicles.
Pros: keeps customers coming into service
Pros: eleads provides a complete process from the service lane thru the shop into parts and back to the customer. easy to to learn and use. the support staff is strongest aspect of eleads. Alex is a strong example of vendor support his knowledge and professionalism is why my staff and I request him by name.
Cons: most issues are not elead issues but more of human wants than program faults. in 35 years i have not used a program that meets all my wants. so even with the cons eleads is way ahead of the industry.
Pros: IT IS A VERY EASY PRODUCT TO USE
