Pros: Our Performance Manager Bake Adams is a huge resource for me and our stores. He helps us through challenges with an amazing amount of ability, care and enthusiasm. He also puts out a few eLead based reports for each store each month and has helped made our tracking and his efforts more efficient as time goes on. Linda Spraggins is our dedicated trainer who does a great job as well. She and I have created a training assessment package together to help assure my sales teams are learning how to be as effective with the CRM as possible during her quarterly visits.
